Built in a premier Chapel Hill golf community, this elevated pool turned a challenging site into a showpiece. With the patio sitting eight feet above ground, we worked with engineers to create a fully above-ground, watertight design.

The raised space blends perfectly with the home’s original patio, featuring bluestone finishes, twin stairways, and a brick landscape wall. An outdoor shower, fire pit, grill area, water features, and overflow hot tub complete the space—plus an automated cover for family safety.
